Free Consultation, Proposal & Deposit
We start with a free, no-obligation consultation where we learn about your vision—whether it’s a patio cover, outdoor kitchen, pergola, or full backyard transformation. After our visit, you’ll receive a detailed custom proposal with the discussed options, pricing, and scope of work.
Design Renderings & Send for Engineering Bids
Once you’ve accepted the proposal, we get to work on 3D design renderings so you can visualize your project before a single shovel hits the ground. These plans are then submitted for a detailed engineering bid, ensuring your project is structurally sound and built to last.
HOA Application & Engineering Plans
Next, we handle the engineering process and work with your Homeowners Association (HOA) to secure the required approvals. This step ensures your project follows neighborhood guidelines so there are no delays once construction begins.
Solidify Material Selections
This is where your project starts to feel real. Once the design and plans are approved, we’ll walk you through choosing your finishes and materials—everything from stone and brick to paint colors, stains, and textures.
City or County Permit Submission & Approval
After engineering plans are finalized, we submit everything to the City or County jurisdiction for the proper building permits. Our team takes care of the paperwork so you don’t have to stress about codes or compliance.
Construction Schedule, Material Delivery & First Payment
With permits in hand, we’ll set your construction start date and send a clear payment schedule reminder. Our team keeps you updated at every stage, so you’ll always know what’s happening and when.

Day 1- Demo & Framing (1-3 days)
Day 4- Electrical Rough-in and Roofing
Day 5- Frame & Form Concrete (2nd Payment Due)
Day 6- Inspections (1-3 Days depending on City)
Day 7- Pour Concrete
Day 8- Masonry Work (1-5 Days based on Scope)
Day 9- Final Patio Cover Up (1-3 Days)
Day 11- Electrical Install (Final Payment Due)
Day 12- Gutter Install
Construction Completion & Final Inspections
Once your project is built, we wrap things up with final inspections and WPI (Windstorm Protection Insurance) paperwork where required. We make sure everything meets the highest quality standards—so all that’s left for you is to enjoy your brand-new outdoor space.
